    1. Weight and Quantity Verification:

    • Supervision of scales and weighbridge operations
    • Tested for validity of weigh-bridge / shore scale before discharging
    • Supervision of weighing containers / cargo trucks
    • Check weight randomly of bag by bag for reference of re-packed weight
    • Tally number of bags
    • Sealing transportations for transfer to factory
    • Draft survey (Initial / Intermediate / Final) for Vessel, Barge, Lighter
    • Issuing daily reports, commercial certifications, weight / tally certificates

    2. Superintendence at Unloading:

    • Checking condition, determine temperature of cargo at time of opening container / vessel hold before discharge
    • Cleanliness inspection for all equipments / transportations of handling the shipment
    • Supervision of discharging at alongside of vessel / port yard and re-packing cargo in bulk
    • Condition cargo survey during discharge
    • Prompt update and accurate reporting any damage including dirty vessel / discharge equipments, management and proper handling of cargo, late loading / arrival, immediate update of any abnormality etc.
    • Issuing daily reports on discharged quantity including photographs

    3. Quality Determination:

    • Sampling in accordance as standards required (GAFTA, ASTM, ISO, TCVN, etc.)
    • Laboratory analysis on representative samples to confirm required specifications.
